Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after receipt.

All orders in the United States and European Union countries support free shipping.

We collaborate with major shipping companies such as FedEx to provide the fastest, safest, and most reliable delivery service.
Delivery Time
Delivery usually takes 3-7 business days. (Note: Delivery times for pre-sale items may vary based on arrival dates.)
Shipping Locations
SUCSSRICH currently ships to the United States only. (Note: We cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses at this time. If a PO Box or APO/FPO address is provided, we will contact you for confirmation, which may delay your order.)
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive an automated email with tracking details. If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on size, and you will receive tracking information for each item.
Fulfillment Partner
SUCSSRICH partners with Amazon for logistics and shipping. They will select the best carrier for your order. Tracking information will be provided via email once your package ships.
Multiple Items
We strive to deliver all items in your order simultaneously. However, different shipping options may lead to items being sent separately. You will be notified via email when each item ships.
Address Changes
Unfortunately, we cannot change the delivery address once the order is in transit. However, you can cancel your order within 60 minutes and reorder with the correct details.
Important Note: If the wrong address is provided by the customer, resulting in a lost or unrecoverable package, the customer is responsible for the loss. SUCSSRICH will not replace the order or issue a refund.

Returns & Refunds
Order Cancellation
- Cancellation Time Limit: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
- To cancel an order, go to the "My Orders" page, find the order you wish to cancel, and click the "Cancel Order" button.
- After a successful cancellation, you can track the progress on the "My Orders" page.
- If you initiate the cancellation before the item is shipped and within the cancellation period specified by SUCSSRICH, you can successfully cancel your order.
Returns
- Return Policy: We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item.
- If the return is due to a consumer's choice, the consumer is responsible for the return shipping fees. If the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect items), we will cover the shipping costs.
Eligibility for Return:
- Items must be in original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

General Returns
- You can return items within 30 days if you are not satisfied, but you will need to cover the return shipping costs if there are no quality issues.
- Items must be:
- In brand-new condition
- Unused, uninstalled, and non-assembled
- With original tags and packaging
Note: The 30-day return window is based on the delivery date of each individual item, not the entire order.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Clearance items
- Customized items
- Items marked “Non-Returnable”
- Assembled or disassembled products
- Items without original packaging or with damaged packaging
Faulty or Damaged Products
- Inspect your purchase upon receipt and report any issues within 48 hours.
- Provide pictures of the product, packaging, and labels to expedite the process.
- You are not responsible for return shipping costs for defective or damaged products.
Important Notes:
- Report damaged items within 3 business days of receipt.
- For undeliverable or refused packages, you may be responsible for additional handling and shipping fees.
How to Return Items
- Contact Customer Support: Initiate a return by stating the reason and providing an invoice or order confirmation.
- Package the Item: Ensure all parts are in original packing.
- Ship the Package: Use a trackable shipping method and provide the tracking number to us.
Refund Process:
- You will receive a notification email within 3-5 working days after we receive your item(s).
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Allow up to one billing cycle for credit card refunds.
When Can I Expect to Receive My Refund?
1. When we confirm the cancellation of your order, you will be refunded within 24 hours.
2. When we receive your return and complete the inspection, expect a refund within 3-5 working days. The refund will be sent back to the same account it came from, ensuring the money is returned in the same manner it was received.
3. If you originally paid with your PayPal account balance, you can expect to see the refund in your PayPal account immediately.
4. If you originally paid with a credit card, please allow up to one billing cycle for the credit to appear on your bank statement. The timing largely depends on how quickly your bank processes the credit. We recommend against requesting a chargeback from your credit card company during the return process. Chargeback disputes can take time to resolve, so it's generally better to exercise patience and allow the return process to take its course. However, if you encounter an unusual delay, feel free to contact us for assistance.

Exception: The fabrics, seat cushions, leather covers, and LED lighting components are 1-year warranty and can be replaced at a minimal cost, provided the original warranty documentation is still available.
Notice: Starting July 1st, 2025, the original 1-year warranty has been updated to 2 years——applicable to orders placed on or after this date.
